Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Knowledge of Logistic processing planning
• Require to handle import and export shipment
• Require to arrange shipment accordingly
• Require to liaise with customers
• Able to start work immediately will be advantage.

• Experienced in Import and Export Matters. Arrangement of outbound/inbound shipments and order fulfilment, haulier.
• Coordinating on the customs clearance for IN & OUT items, Import Duty, knowledge in K1, K2, K3, K8, K9 and Bill of Lading documents
• To manage and coordinate with appointed forwarding agents and logistic companies for incoming and outgoing overseas shipments, ensure materials/goods deliveries are handled effectively and efficiently, and optimize freight costs.
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes to meet project requirements.
• To liaise with customs authorities on custom from declaration for incoming and outgoing shipments and shipping handing documents.
• Equip a database of local and global logistic companies and forwarding agents to deliver electronic products to our customers.
• Responsible analyzing data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements for existing and future incoming suppliers.
• Provide customer service or resolve any arising problems or complaints and responsible for all shipping related matters.
• Experience in sea-freight, preferable experience on Indonesia, China, Chittagong , East Malaysia, Vietnam would be more preferable.
• Required to do quotations and invoicing to client. Analyze freight cost comparison for export and import
• Apply export permit for strategic items
• Prepare Import permit application
