Job Description

In this role, you will be accountable of overseeing all Logistics activities as the HOD, ensuring consistent on-time deliveries, management of 3PL service providers - providing stringent SOPs and KPIs in accordance with the company's service standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for the key job scope below:

• Monitor and coordinate with 3PL service providers on smooth custom clearance for all inbound import containers
• Ensure all shipping documents are timely received, as well as all certificate of origin for custom declarations & import duty purposes
• Daily follow up & monitoring of all inbound shipment and in transit shipment for overall lead time, from vessel berthing schedule, container discharging time, custom clearance, haulage arrangements & delivery to warehouse
• Monitor distribution of goods to B2B & B2C channels, and ensure on-time order fulfilment with 3PL service providers
• Ensure delivery to customers are fulfilled and service levels are maintained
• Monitor the operational cost and ensure expenses are within budgets
• Oversee intact stock deliveries

• Minimum 8 years of experience within Logistics Management - across 3PL/Consumer Electronics Distributions is highly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years within a People Manager position with strong leadership qualities
• Strong exposure of managing 3PL service providers and administering stringent practises based on the company's service levels
• Able to speak fluent English and Mandarin in order to communicate well with stakeholders based within Asia, including rural China counterparts
• Organised, strategic, and detail oriented
