Key Responsibilities:
1. Export Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end export logistics for shipments to the United States*, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations and US Customs requirements.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to optimize shipment routes, lead times, and freight costs.
Prepare and review all shipping documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, COO, Bill of Lading, etc.).
2. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all export documentation complies with US import regulations*, Incoterms, and any client-specific requirements.
Stay updated on tariff codes (HS Code), Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), and export control laws affecting US-bound goods.
3. Logistics Optimization
Work closely with production and warehouse teams to plan container loading schedules and maintain timely dispatch.
Implement cost-saving initiatives in freight, packaging, and warehouse handling.
Monitor and analyze shipment performance metrics to enhance logistics efficiency.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Production) and external parties (forwarders, insurers, US clients).
Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, or customs clearance issues promptly.
5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Prepare regular export performance reports and logistics cost analysis.
Identify and implement process improvements for better delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Education:Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on logistics/export experience, with proven exposure to US export documentation and compliance*.
Skills:*
Strong knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
Experienced in handling sea and air freight documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems (ERP/SAP preferred).
Excellent communication and coordination skills in English (written & spoken).
Personal Qualities:Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
