Location : Pontian, Johor

Salary Range : RM 4,000 - RM 6,000

Working Hours : Monday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Assistant Manager to support and oversee our transport and cold chain operations. This role involves managing daily transportation processes, supervising drivers, and ensuring that our chicken products are delivered in the best condition to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and manage daily transportation operations, including cold truck scheduling and driver attendance. Oversee refrigerated delivery vehicles to ensure proper product handling, accurate tracking, and temperature control. Monitor diesel usage, vehicle maintenance, delivery schedules, and tray records. Prepare and review operational reports, ensuring data accuracy in invoices and resolving discrepancies quickly. Supervise and guide the transport team, while working closely with other departments and external partners. Assist in training new drivers and logistics assistants on company procedures and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and transportation regulations

Requirements :

Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (preferred). At least 3-5 years' experience in logistics, transportation, or cold chain management. Hands-on experience in supervising drivers and managing daily transport tasks. Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to prepare clear operational and expense reports. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems. Strong communication and leadership skills; able to work with a small operations team. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle operational issues promptly.
