And second, long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution. This role isn\xe2\x80\x99t specific to any one platform, so you\xe2\x80\x99ll need a good feel for all of them. And finally, you\xe2\x80\x99re open and borderless \xe2\x80\x93 naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional Experience10 yrs to 15 yrs deep experience anexpertise within mainframe z/OS, storage enablement and migration.Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: DFSMS, zOSMF, TDMF.Must have experience driving for mainframe software solutions and working across teams.Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce conclusions and responses.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.Strong process improvement experience.Preferred Technical and Professional ExperienceHaving knowledge in mainframe modernization with experience with AWS and Azure is a bonus.Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities.Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures.Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it\xe2\x80\x99s how we think and who we are.
