Job Description

Our well-established client a Multinational Food Manufacturer is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate for the position of Senior Maintenance Executive to be based in Shah Alam, Selangor.

• Monday to Friday, regular hours
• 13th month salary (contractual bonus)
• Performance bonus
• Medical and insurance will provided

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for plant machinery, utilities and facility
• Review preventive maintenance plan from time to time
• Work closely with other departments to ensure related machinery is maintained for high performance.
• Manage spare part inventory
• Responsible of factory upgrading project
• Review & proposed changes to engineering standards procedures
• Provide technical expertise & assist to train engineering staff
• Responsible for audit related matters and ensure the procedures are adhere to Department of Environment (DOE), Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), Fire Department & other authority compliance.
• Participate to Quality Management System (QMS), Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) activities

Requirement:

• Minimum in Diploma or Degree in Maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical or any equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on operation experience in manufacturing/production field, preferable in food industries.
• Candidate that have knowledge of GMP, ISO & HACCP principles will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge in electronic, electrical & mechanical. Knowledge in control system (PLC) will be an advantage.
• Able to write and speak in Malay and English.
• Applicant must be willing to work at Shah Alam, Selangor and have the possibility for transfer to Nilai once new plant is set up.
