Job Description


About the Role To plan, organise, execute and/or coordinate a set of activities with an administrative or technical support nature.

What to expect:

Gather, maintain and analyse more complex technical or administrative data from various sources. Take necessary actions to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.

Prepare and produce reports, statistics and documents for internal or external use, related to issues requiring knowledge of various technical areas.

Interact within and outside the organisation unit. Resolve issues according to well-defined guidelines and procedures.

Manage agendas and calendars (across global time zones), ensuring the appropriateness of arrangements for meetings, travels, accommodation and internal or external events. Set priorities within the scope of the job and make decisions accordingly.

Manage incoming communications, screening correspondence, e-mail and telephone calls according to the priorities.

Reply autonomously, gather additional information or direct to the appropriate party.

Act as a focal point and filter for internal or external visitors

Plan events, including venue selection and negotiation, organization and logistics.

Undertake administration-related project activities, linked to the activity of the Executive and department involving internal and/or external research or liaison on behalf of the Executive

Administrative support for trips booking and manage travel & expenses reimbursement.

What make you successful?

A1 level with some professional qualification.

From 5 to 10 years of related working experience.

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills in spoken and written English.

Hands-on with MS Outlook, MS Teams and MS Office applications

Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills such as V-lookup/Pivot table will be advantage. \xe2\x80\x8b

Details-oriented, organized and multi-tasking

Initiative, good team player

Professional email manner

Confident to communicate with teams and management across APAC and global offices.

Be able to work at a fast pace and think on their feet.
