Senior Manager, Agency Development position with leading Life Insurance company, to be based in Johor Bahru YOUR NEW COMPANY This prestigious insurance company based in Malaysia is famous for its aspirational and exceptional life insurance coverage. Due to market growth, the company requires a Senior Manager under Agency Development to join its global dynamic business, and to be based in Johor Bahru. YOUR NEW ROLE You will be counted on to lead a team to manage the Agency Production and Recruitment for entire Southern Region. You are also required to plan and execute Agency Recruitment Strategy to develop Agency Recruitment Growth.
