WHAT YOU\'LL DO
This is an exciting new role who\xe2\x80\x99s going to work closely with senior leader of the Asia Pacific as well as being closely connected with BCG\xe2\x80\x99s newly formed global reputation and public affairs function. The Senior manager is responsible for ensuring that BCG has a clear view, and effective strategies in place, to manage potential and future reputational issues. Working closely with the Senior Counsels and Asia Pacific senior leaders and marketing leaders, you will be focused on building and sustaining BCG\xe2\x80\x99s reputation in AP. As part of the wider Asia Pacific Marketing Communications team you will also work with colleagues across BCG AP & Globe to develop proactive strategies to enhance BCG\xe2\x80\x99s reputation

- Understanding and interpreting complex global business, political and societal trends and the impact they could have on BCG\xe2\x80\x99s reputation
- Finding effective approaches to surface and prepare for potentially difficult reputational issues
- Motivating and leading your direct reports
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Significant expertise in public affairs (6 years minimum public affairs experience preferred) preferably with a complex global business and experience managing complex reputational issues- Graduate or post-graduate qualification
- Excellent analytical, combined with strong writing and oral presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to act as trusted counsellor to senior leaders
