Our Client:

Our client is a home grown boutique advisory firm that provides solutions and services to a myriad of international and local clients across all industries in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, restructurings, strategic corporate alliances and other financial related corporate exercises. Their team have structured and executed some of the most prominent deals for international and local clients within the Asian region.

Responsibilities:

• Advising client on mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, restructurings and other financial related corporate exercises
• Working with directors / senior management to develop proposals
• Research and evaluate in detail, prepare detailed financial analysis, modelling and valuations, industry and market overview and strategic commercial rationale for capital market transactions
• Assist in preparations of pitch documents and presentations
• Conduct financial and industry research
• Involve in project management and implementation of transactions and deals from inception to conclusion

Requirements:

• Recognised degree in Accountancy and/or Finance or professional qualification ACCA / CFA / CPA / MICPA or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in related field especially financial advisory, corporate finance for Senior Manager or 3 years in audit for Manager
• Good knowledge of the capital markets, securities law and guidelines issued by the relevant authorities
• Knowledge in accounting standards is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, in particular, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills with good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to work independently, analytical and organised.

Remuneration: RM 10,000 - RM 15,000
