Role Responsibilities This role supports supervisory responsibilities and primarily focuses on the preparation and review of regulatory, risk, compliance, management, group and ad hoc capital and Basel related reporting in a timely manner, complete with analyses of significant trends and variances. This role is part of the wider Country Balance Sheet Management team and leads the construction of the Bank\'s Recovery Plan and Resolution Plan, analysis and impact of regulatory developments/changes on the Recovery and Resolution reporting providing insights on implications for the Country and Group. The role also supports ALCO reporting. Responsibilities Interpret the regulatory requirements from the local regulators and Group policies and perform a detailed gap analysis and the relevant impact on the submissions Lead the delivery of the Country recovery plan in compliance with BNM regulations and Group policies and procedures Recalibration of Recovery indicators (RI) in compliance with the relevant policies and procedures and preparation of Country RI dashboard with relevant thresholds and approvals Conduct scenario analysis for inclusion in the Regulatory submissions as per the local/group regulatory requirements Support for fire drill in line with the Regulatory requirements with the relevant inputs/crisis MI Engage relevant stakeholders for data inputs and governance reviews Support engagement with BNM, PIDM and other relevant bodies. Lead the coordination of reviews and audits by external auditor or BNM touching on the Recovery & Resolution Planning. Be a role model in ensuring adherence to the risk management framework, Financial Controls Reconciliation and Substantiation Policy, Committee Governance Standards, and other relevant policies and regulations. Projects & Process Improvement Initiatives Participate in change projects touching on Balance Sheet Management and ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner. Enhance processes and procedures and mitigate operation risk within Balance Sheet Management processes. People and Talent Train and develop junior team members ensuring that everyone achieves their potential and that the team delivers its collective agenda.
