The Senior Manager - Business Development will provide assistance to the CEO on all M&A matters both domestically as well as overseas. The role involves identification of opportunities, providing guidance, proposals and reports to the CEO and the Board on all M&A issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute the company's long-term strategic vision and expansionary business plans
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities both domestically and internationally
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Work with internal teams to develop strategies that meet market and client needs
Present business plans to company leaders and stakeholders
Monitor the progress of business initiatives and adjust plans as necessary
Understand your company's product positioning and keep tabs on competitors
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Proven track record of at least 8 years in B2B business development in international roles.
Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities with a focus on business growth.
In-depth knowledge of construction, prefabrication processes and supply chain management.
Experience in financial management, budgeting, and investment planning.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
