About this Senior Manager, Business Management Role:
This role requires you to have good analytical and conceptual thinking ability as well as problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Department to maintain an ongoing interface with various organisational and regional groups/countries in areas such as decision analysis, technical needs, planning and execution
• Collate and track analysis including analysis of competitors, operational effectiveness and capacity utilisation
• Researche, prioritise, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed and determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response
• Provide a bridge for smooth communication between internal departments
• Carry out special projects as allocated where necessary

To succeed in this Senior Manager, Business Management role, you will need experience in business planning, presentation skills and strong stakeholder management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Good business acumen with expert level written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship building and networking with good communication and listening
• Strong organisational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners
