Position Overview: As a Senior Manager Business Planning & Corporate Governance, to lead Airasia Rewards governance support, strategic planning, and organisational monitoring, evaluation and reporting functions; developing and implementing strategies, policies and systems to ensure that these are provided in an effective and efficient manner to support the strategic aims and operational activities of the organisation. Job Responsibilities: Lead and oversee support to the CLO to review the progress and impact of strategy to company\'s strategic goals and objectives Develop the Corporate Governance Model based on leading practice and the needs of the shareholders Lead in the development of the Corporate Governance policies and procedures framework that will allow the function to effectively meet its objectives and targets, in line with overall risk policies and procedures, and the company\'s strategy and direction Conduct periodic review of the governance model of the business and recommend opportunities for improvement based on applicable leading practice and the changing environment Lead and oversee support to the CLO, Governing Board and other bodies and general membership in the development of Airasia Rewards\'s post strategic plans Ensure Airasia Rewards develops a robust organisational and programme monitoring and evaluation (M&E) approach, framework and metrics to measure the success and impact of its present and future activities and outputs, and that this is communicated and implemented across the organisation Establish and maintain a function that provides a consistent and integrated approach to the governance in line with the organisation\'s corporate governance requirements Ensure the appropriate support structures and processes are in place to enable Airasia Rewards Governing Board to meet its responsibilities and obligations; and lead and oversee high quality support to the Board, its Sub-Committees, the Council and other governance bodies Lead the development, and coordinate the implementation and reporting, of Airasia Rewards strategy Lead Airasia Rewards organisational policy development and monitoring Undertake any other duties as appropriate Job Requirements: A Master\'s Degree (or equivalent experience); Minimum 10+ years of strategy development experience in a strategy consulting or corporate strategy function Experience in a senior role within a challenging government, charity, regulatory, or similar environment. Having solid experience in loyalty programme, blockchain or crypto experience will be an added advantage Excellent analytical skills with the intellectual ability to assess complex legal, policy and procedural documents and issues, and make recommendations for action Proven strategic planning, project management and organisational reporting skills; and the ability to coordinate the work of teams and individuals ensuring the quality and timeliness of output Ability to motivate and develop staff, and promote high levels of performance, including the ability to manage remotely Ability to work under pressure, make decisions and to solve problems. The post-holder must be able to deal with conflicting demands and prioritize work whilst ensuring that a high-quality service is provided and that deadlines are met Excellent influencing, relationship management and interpersonal skills are required as the role involves interaction with senior internal and external stakeholders Ability to develop relationships and build rapport with a wide-range of contacts and be able to work constructively with others Proven experience of commissioning and quality-assuring papers and reports Proven track record developing and delivering complex process and meeting frameworks in a simplified, organized, and clear operational rhythm for leaders to follow
