Job Description

In your new role you will: Governs and sustains overall MAL (Production and Support Function)cleanroom attire operation management as well as CR procedure controls(CR entry/exit, gowning procedure, Allowable/non-allowable, CR environment control and ESD) for OP. Drive and lead CR improvement projects related to CR productivity, CR procedure enhancement and standardization. Drive shop-floor cleanroom compliance and discipline on cleanroom engineering matters, escalate and take action for any CR non-compliance/violation. Governs and enforces cleanroom work procedures as per stipulated by FM, Cluster IE such as cleanroom cleaning, machine move-in/out, changingroom & workplace design. Governs overall ESD control, coordination, sustenance and framework in production organization with engineering and operations support. Execute CRE audit and coordinate CR improvement/standardization across all operation area/modules. Key interface between support function and production on cleanroom engineering matters. Annual budget planning and controlling on all CRE consumables, aswell as improvement/productivity projects. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree/Masters in Cleanroom Engineering or Any Related Engineering Field Min 8 years in the semiconductor industry Cleanroom engineering, practice and control Project Management Skills with ability to lead improvement projects Analytical and Problem Solving Skills Leadership skills with the ability to lead/supervise and develop team Strategic Planning and Coordination Skills Excellent people and communication skills to engage staff at all levels Good planning skills and able to prioritize issues to address urgency level and execution Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and People Management Skills (to be able to build relationships with internal and external parties) Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
