WHAT YOU\'LL DO

The position is a critical role providing support to the SEA Finance Senior Director in running Commercial Finance end to end operations involving in contract support for clients, including complex VBP (Value Based Pricing) projects.
The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, but the scope of the role will include managing Commercial Finance, Planning & Analysis for the whole of Southeast Asia region. This individual will therefore have a strong interaction with individual partners/MDPs, the CPC (Client Portfolio Committee), in order to prioritize and align on specific cases to work on.
We are seeking an experienced candidate to join the Commercial Finance, Planning & Analysis activities. The candidate needs to be experienced in a fast-moving environment of a leading market player, as well as in a professional consulting business. You will need to demonstrate strong managerial skill and commercial sense to deal with demanding stakeholders and provide guidance on Commercial Finance.
You will also be working closely with Legal, Consulting teams and Commercial Director within BCG to support RFP, contract structuring of large and complex deals and negotiation with client (if the need arises).

YOU\'RE GOOD AT

Key responsibilities include overseeing the following operations, but not limited to

• Lead and manage the annual budgeting/forecasting cycles and submission
• Manage and supervise commercial team on financial & analysis and project accounting areas which includes:

o Oversee commercial accounting leads and provide leadership on commercial project accounting
o Insightful financial analysis to key internal stakeholders to understand business performance on SEA and Office levels. This includes report for monthly executive business meetings
