Plan a comprehensive media strategy to effectively communicate approved PTP messaging. Ensure positive and effective PTP spokesperson profiling to the media. Source and manage Speaking Engagements/Thought Leadership platform opportunities for PTP spokesperson. Establish and build strong relationships with media and related stakeholders. Aware of new developments that might impact the reputation of PTP. Overseeing and editing the writing and completion of all media collaterals, speeches, MC scripts, feature articles, social media posts for promotion of PTP. Networking with business and economic, features and education desks Crisis Communications and Reputation Management Plan and execute a comprehensive digital and social media strategy/playbook to effectively communicate PTP messaging for digital and social media platforms using actionable insights gained from social, audience and digital platforms data analytics. Playbook to include Development/enhancement of Channels & respective strategies Tone of Voice & Writing Style Content Strategy, Content calendar, Posting Frequency & Amplification Plan Do\'s and Don\'ts, and Content Guidelines Measurement Framework Monthly Reporting, i.e., Top-line dashboard overview, analysis of top & bottom performing posts, evaluation of visual assets used, key takeaways and recommendations. Plan annual budget for digital and social platform enhancements. Requirements Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Mass Communications, Media, Journalism or related fields At least 10 -12 years\' relevant working experience Male or Female candidate Extensive leadership experience with a proven track record of progression in public relations and/or marketing communications Extensive experience in crisis communications, media management, executive visibility etc Experience in communications planning and preparedness training Willing to work extra mile, multi-tasking and a team player Able to work odd hours when required and willing to work during weekend and rest day if requested Familiar with port, shipping or logistics industry and business environment (would be an advantage)
