• Manage and lead the Control Tower teams and ensure service delivery is met with customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirement and expectation.
• Manage the customer relationships to ensure customer service standards are achieved and continuously improved.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to including HSSE.
• Act as primary advisor to the management team on operation issues (e.g., problem solving, identification and escalation of significant Operation issues).
• Determine and coordinate corrective and preventative actions in support of the establishment, maintenance, and continual improvement of the quality system within scope.

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
• Possess 8-10 years working experience in field of Logistic, International Transportation and/or Global Freight Forwarding.
• Knowledge in Logistics Operations and Supply Chain Intermediate PC skills and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point as minimum).
• Ability to input and manipulate data and create reports, as required, in a timely fashion.
• Must be able to readily adjust priorities and tasks in response to business needs.
