If you are looking for an interesting role in a dynamic and diverse group, join us in our APAC region.We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.Job Purpose:Implement plans and processes for business process quality and improvement, IT business systems analysis, and Treasury management to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in alignment with overall business strategy, objectives, Group guidelines, and policies. This includes identifying new approaches, providing information systems aligned with user needs, managing cash, funding, banking relationships, and financial risk, and optimizing capital and legal entity structures while ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.Your tasks:

  • Apply finance technology best practices to streamline workflows, minimize manual tasks, and enhance treasury functions.
  • Develop strategies for enhancing finance processes like reporting and workflow management for key financial tools.
  • Stay abreast of treasury market tech innovations, collaborating closely with the business on procurement activities (business requirement definitions, POC, RFP).
  • Supervise the creation, enhancement, and upkeep of system interfaces, especially APIs, ensuring smooth integration among various financial systems.
  • Independently oversee cross-divisional projects with other group entities.
  • Offer system support for financial activities like bonds, loans, and valuation of financial instruments, and implement hedging strategies.
  • Manage the complete system lifecycle, from tendering to testing, implementation, maintenance, decommissioning, and migration.
  • Coordinate internal and IT resources for project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
Your profile:Education Level
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
Experience Level
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance and Treasury preferably with significant experience in Treasury Systems and proven basic IT skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and urgency; a problem-solver who takes initiative and able to prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Profound experience in Automation tools, such as Power Automate, Power Platform, Knime, Power BI and UiPath.
  • Work independently with strong written and verbal communication skills, responsible, detail-oriented, and ensure targets are met within deadline.
  • Project management experience in an international environment.
  • Strong collaboration and open mindedness skills are prerequisite.
  • Team player with exceptional and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in English language; proficiency in a second language (German, Spanish etc.) is an added advantage.
