A leading MNC Semiconductor company is looking for Senior Manager, Design Engineering to take lead and grow the analogue mixed signal team based in the Penang office.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 15 years in IC design and already in leadership role, leading a team of engineers.
- Open to experienced digital design, but with early years of career in analogue.
- Lead a team of designers from design architecture understanding to implementation to tape out.
- Lead the development and design of IC Design primarily in analogue mixed signal, including verification.
- Provide guidance to team of junior to senior and staff engineers.
- Experienced in giving appraisal and involved in hiring of the team.
- Experience in coming up with trade secrets and patents.
- A team player with good communication skills.
