Job Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the strategic direction for the Environment, Safety, Health and Facilities (EHSF) function. Provide leadership and mentoring to the EHSF team, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and developing talent. Report regularly to executive management on facilities operations, compliance status, project progress, and budget performance. Develop and manage the annual operating and capital budget for the EHSF department, ensuring fiscal responsibility and cost optimization. Plan and direct new facility expansion, construction, and renovation projects, including budgeting, scheduling, regulatory approvals, and contractor management. Oversee and ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all facilities, infrastructure, and equipment, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing and water system to minimize unplanned plant downtime. Establish and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Lead sustainability initiatives to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize the environmental footprint of company operations. Establish, implement, and enforce corporate EHS policies and procedures in compliance with local, national, and international regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Monitor departmental expenditures, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising safety or operational quality. Ensure compliance with all workplace safety laws and environmental regulations, and act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies. Monitor and analyze EHS metrics and incident reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Safety & Health. More than 15 years of experience in EHS and Facilities field. Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and plant systems. Solid understanding of EHS regulations and international standards. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and project leadership skills. Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on leadership style.
