Job Purpose
Provide oversight and assistance to the NOCCs domains/business functions in strengthening the compliance to internal policies, contribute to the development and implementation of Ethics, risks and compliance frameworks in alignment with the organization unit/function strategy.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Under leadership of the Head ERC NOCCs and in close co-ordination with Senior Business (e.g. NOCC center Head) and Senior Representatives from other Functions (e.g. SpeakUp, Legal, Policy Custodians):

  • Drive robust implementation of the ERC agenda while providing advisory support to business leaders on all risk and compliance matters under the remit of ERC function.
  • Provide support to NOCC leadership team to establish compliance culture at site & drive ethical business conduct by implementing Code of Ethics (COE), Conflict of Interest, DBE etc policies at NOCC
  • Regularly monitor the completion of (e)-training courses, pending COI cases, support DBE risk activities and take appropriate action as needed. Report the status on periodic basis to leadership team.
  • Be Anti Bribery risk expert and support AB/TPRM activities for the center. Ensure risks from compliance framework such as RAM are duly identified, and remediation actions are timely implemented with adequate reporting and regular monitoring of risks.
  • Support Speak Up investigations for ERC related matters. (Conducting IRC as required for local matters and work in close collaboration with regional Speak Up office).Collaborate with country ERC on matters requiring engagement and alignment country level.
  • Lead all training initiatives at local level and support ERC Head NOCC for any training initiatives at global level. Conduct New Hire training on ERC topics and drive refresher training sessions as required for existing associates.
  • Support Head ERC NOCC in driving simplification, standardization and bringing process efficiencies across NOCCs.
  • Represent ERC at Local LT meetings and share key ERC updates/KPIs with leadership. Engage with wider ERC Operations team on strategic projects on compliance topics.
Minimum requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in cross functional and cross-cultural teams. Able to comprehend and analyze available data to provide meaningful solutions.
  • Demonstrate high sense of integrity, discipline and discretion. Ability to handle difficult stakeholders with firm and tactful grace.
  • Effective training and facilitation skills. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
  • Postgraduate in any field with experience of having worked in compliance or legal function
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective negotiation
