The Role Responsibilities Job Role The job fits within the Performance, Planning and Governance (PPG) team in Financial Crime Surveillance Operations (FCSO) reporting directly to the Director, FCSO Financial and Workforce Management Lead. Main responsibility is to oversee department\'s delivery against committed financial and headcount targets and provide financial and headcount transparency to FCSO management team to enable their delivery against set financial targets. Key deliverables include headcount reporting and planning, capacity planning, financial analysis, performance measurement and business efficiency of the team. Strategy Support the delivery of the strategic agenda for FCSO Performance, Planning and Governance. Business Support the reporting of headcount and planning, capacity planning and financials for FCSO. Processes Headcount Management and Planning Prepare monthly Headcount Report, Headcount Outlook, Attrition report and Business Management Forum reports / dashboard. Management all Job Requisitions from Business Management Portal to Success Factor submission. Manage all new / replacement requests for Head of PPG / Head of FCSO approval. Provide insights and challenge functions on headcount planning. Provide adhoc analysis of headcount planning for strategy related request. Capacity Management and Planning Maintain capacity planning models for all FCSO functions, ensuring appropriate levels of governance and change management are in place to provide transparency. Working with Function Heads, as well as the Infrastructure team and utilizing MSTR and other data, ensure that capacity planning models are regularly reviewed to ensure they are providing accurate estimations of capacity requirements. Provide insights and challenge functions on capacity management. Coordinate Budget and Forecast in line with timeline as defined by Group Finance and our business partners. Lead timely review of cost performance and delivery of saves against multi-year road map. Stakeholder Management Building strong, influential and trusted stakeholder relationships at all levels with focus on senior group level stakeholders. Act as a conduit between all key stakeholders and the management team to ensure that our strategic agenda is delivered effectively despite potentially conflicting agendas and priorities of our stakeholders. People and Talent Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners. Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people, and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks. Employ, engage and retain high quality people, with succession planning for critical roles. Risk Management Be aware of application of regulations, laws, best practices, policies and standards related to FCSO and changes to business activities and products, and proactively keep abreast of changes. Governance Support the development of and be responsible for maintenance of governance related artefacts such as the Workforce Management Operating Instruction (DOI). Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Ability to work in a flexible manner in line with the organisation objectives and willingness to undertake other duties as reasonably requested. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to negotiate internally with senior stakeholders. Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities, thrive under pressure and work to tight deadlines. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint and experience with developing presentation packs. Organised, meticulous and self-driven. An eye for details.
