The Senior Manager, Finance & Business Analytics role requires expertise in financial & business strategy and business analytics. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in business or commercial, with experience within Accounting & Finance departments and a passion for analytics.

Lead and manage financial & business planning and analysis activities to support business decision-making.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
Oversee risk and compliance frameworks to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with various departments to provide analytical insights and drive data-informed decisions.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial and business analytics metrics.
Support the development of policies and procedures to improve internal controls.
Mentor and guide team members to achieve departmental objectives.
