Job Description

Lead the Order to Cash (O2C) and Retail Accounting (including Online) Functions to support SMVIP affiliates to ensure effective and smooth financial operations, including financial closing through partnership with third party service provider (TPP) in accordance to the defined SLAs with TPP. Lead to ensure O2C and Retail Accounting (including Online) processes are in compliance with company policy, accounting standard and local statutory requirements. Oversee the yearly and periodic external and internal audit and ensure there is no material adjustment due to non-compliance of accounting principles. Acted as the business partner with various business units in SMVIP affiliates for the implementation of new business model and new brand integration, i.e. to provide guidance on accounting treatment, process control and system testing. Drive the team to identify and implement process improvement/automation to improve process efficiencies. Align the team members in SMVIP cluster strategy. Set clear roles and responsibilities on the process ownership and country ownership. Provide feedback on performance and support their personal and career development. Foster a service mindset culture. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the field. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Available to start immediately or with a maximum notice period of one month. Strong in Order to Cash (O2C) and Retail Accounting (including Online) process and capable of managing the end-to-end process independently. Strong process control and SOX control experience in US listed company. Strong communication and influencing skills with stakeholders. Vendor management - manage and improve Procure to Pay (P2P) operations performance through service level management with TPP. Proven past track record in the process improvement or process automation for O2C and Retail Accounting (including Online) function. High degree of problem-solving skill. Experienced in master data management.
