About the Company
Our client is a growing convenience retail brand with a mission to modernize everyday shopping. With rapid expansion across Malaysia, we're seeking a Senior Manager, Finance with strong financial leadership, commercial awareness, and a keen eye for process and system improvements.
Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full finance function, including accounting, audit, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of finance operations.

• Oversee financial controls, compliance, and internal audit readiness, ensuring all reporting meets regulatory standards.

• Integrate and optimize systems (e.g., ERP, POS, inventory) to support real-time reporting and decision-making.

• Partner with leadership to deliver financial insights that support business growth and expansion planning.

• Manage relationships with auditors, tax agents, and relevant statutory bodies.

• Build and lead a lean, effective finance team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors' Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Strong career background in an audit firm, with at least 8-10 years of total experience.

• Post-audit experience in Retail, FMCG, F&B, or Multi-outlet business is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in process improvement, SOP development, and system implementation.

• Strong understanding of cash flow, working capital, cost control, and internal controls.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on leader who thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.

Remuneration:

• MYR 12,000 - MYR 15,000
