We make an impact by enforcing one-way-of-working across all Grab business units, ensuring financial accuracy, timeliness and efficiency.Get to Know the RoleYou will report to the Head of the Transformation Office and Shared Service Centre (SSC). Your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of workforce management planning within the SSC, ensuring that sufficient resources are available for effective and efficient service delivery. You will also be responsible for SSC key performance indicators (KPI) reporting, workforce planning, DFST transition planning, quality control, and training execution.This role is based on-site in our office in Petaling Jaya.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
