Responsibilities
Strategy
Become a subject matter expert in intragroup arrangements and provide advisory services for all intragroup arrangement related matters
Business
Manage day to day operations for the centre of excellence (COE) and work closely with the members of the team to ensure a successful collaboration between the different pillars under the COE
Processes
Work on managing queries to intragroup arrangements related matters and provide support to all users in the transition from the old to the new contractual framework for intragroup arrangements
Governance
Manage and report overdue of contracts and all associated handlings related to the intragroup arrangement tool
