We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack overall financial performance and strategic delivery for the company at both local and regional levels.Preparing compelling presentations and communication materials for management.Effectively reporting and maintaining management information dashboards. Serve as proactive business partners across Actuarial, Finance, Marketing, and Distribution (both Agency & Partnership Distribution) functions to provide value-added support and deliver on company financial and strategic objectives. This includes, but is not limited to:Perform data analytics on key driving indicators to provide qualitative and quantitative outcomes with recommended solutions to senior management. Strong problem-solving skills are required.Lead as PM for many strategic engagements and program and develop core expertise in the pillars for health deliverySupport HOD on overall team delivery to drive towards company financial objectives.Business Value Realization:Support the initial review and challenge of all business solutions proposed within Strategic/Marketing, ensuring they are prioritized against business objectives with clearly defined value and benefits.Support the establishment and timely achievement of benefit realization plans within budgetREQUIREMENTSQualifications:Preferred Degree in MBA, Actuary, Economics, Health or other numerate discipline, Program management & Strategic planningOver 8 years relevant experience in insurance and preferably for HealthKnowledge / Experience:Demonstrated good sense of business acumen and/or logical thought process in problem solving.Strong financial disciplines including financial analysis and the ability to develop and translate financial policy into practical realityAble to be an active communicator and articulate concepts/thoughts effectivelyStrong organisation and program management skillsExcellent presentation & collaboration skillsPrudential is an equal opportunity employer.
