JOB SUMMARY Overseeing and managing the Human Resources and Administrative functions across multiple companies or locations within the Group. This role requires a strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, and general administrative practices. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR and Administrative processes to support the organization\'s overall goals and objectives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Human Resources Management Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies in alignment with the organization\'s goals. Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and final selection Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies in all HR practices. Oversee employee onboarding, orientation and training programs to facilitate smooth integration into the organization. Manage employee performance evaluation systems, promotions, transfers and terminations. Handle employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance procedures. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and motivation. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure HR policies and practices are up to date. Supervise HR staff to ensure efficient HR administrative operations. Administrative Management Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient day-to-day administrative operations, Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations. Monitor and control administrative expenses to optimize budget utilization. Leadership and Team Development Provide guidance, mentoring and coaching to the HR and Administrative team. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration. Identify training and development needs within the team and organize relevant programs.
