Job Description




POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Act as an HC interface with the business leadership community, responsible for leading and supporting the transformational people agenda for Airport Operations Malaysia Customer Operations Business.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

Employee Relations Excellence

  • Lead and control Airport Operations Malaysia Domestic Customer Operations on Compensation & Benefits and IR, MPP & Recruitment and Talent & Development
  • Implementation of HR policies .
  • Plan and direct in evaluating & designing People practices to provide an enhanced value offering to the Customer Operations business.
  • Formulate and drive the people agenda along with the leaders.
Employee-Employeer Relations Excellence
  • Work with BP and COE to establish a people agenda/planning which supports the delivery of the business goals and drives employee engagement.
  • Provide relevant inputs to COE to design effective retention interventions at site to effectively control attrition.
  • Partner with business to plan and execute actions.
  • Conduct HC pulse/ HC skips to understand the pulse of the unit and construct action plans to address concerns. Counsel employees & line management regarding HR policies, programs, and practices.
  • Drives the HC agenda within the BP, ensuring that all people managers are equipped and able to deliver against the annual recurring people management requirements.
  • Proactively assists BP & COE interfaces to ensure a seamless experience for Leaders, People Managers and Employees.
  • Regular meetings with senior management, BP, COE and team managers to understand business requirements on people agenda front.
  • Close interface with COE to ensure timely and effective delivery of all HR processes.

  • Bring innovation to change the employee experience around the HR touch points.
  • Evaluate & improvise existing practices to offer enhanced HC Service delivery to business.

Education

  • Degree in preferably with specialization in Human Resource/Human Development or Business Administration
  • Master degree would be an added advantage
