\xef\xbb\xbfJob Opportunity: Senior Manager, Investment and Financial RiskLocation: Ara DamansaraAbout the Role:We are representing a client in search of a talented and experienced Senior Manager, Investment and Financial Risk. The successful candidate will provide independent oversight and insightful challenge to investment, financial management, and advisory activities. This role involves assisting other departments with innovative risk-resolutions and being a subject matter expert primarily responsible for investment and financial risk oversight, risk analytics, risk governance, and risk reporting for investment and financial portfolios.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Review, recommend, and enhance investment and financial risk management policies and procedures as part of the company\'s global risk management framework.\xc2\xb7 Participate in and/or coordinate process improvement projects, CAPEX, and facilitate investment proposal risk assessments in collaboration with relevant team leads.\xc2\xb7 Perform in-depth risk budgeting and capital adequacy analysis for the company\'s property investments.\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain risk models and reports.\xc2\xb7 Stay current with industry developments and regulatory requirements.\xc2\xb7 Analyze and research emerging risks and trends in the industry and advise management where appropriate.Qualifications and Experience:\xc2\xb7 Degree in Architecture, Accounting, Real Estate, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
