Open Position: Senior Manager, IT Application & Digital Transformation (Financial Institution)

A reputable Financial Institution is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Application & Digital Transformation to join them and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

-Manage IT department support covering IT Governance, Project Management, Mobile Applications, Infrastructure, Network, Servers, Security and etc

-Continuously engaging with the head of departments and business units to deliver software products that meet business requirements and strategies

-Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with organisation business goals

-Good experience working on IT Cloud and/or Software solutions related project implementations would be added advantage

-Experience in change management, proven experience of developing, gaining support from organisation-wide to implement robust systems and solutions.

-Good people and project management skills with the ability to achieve results in highly ambiguous and changing environments

-Able to work with different stakeholders with good communication skills
