Provide strategic direction and leadership for assigned Facilities Management and Interconnection Facility HV Transmission project from conception to completion.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
Oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, contract management, construction activities, quality control and team KPI business scorecards.
Create new SOPs, enhance existing ones, put established SOPs into practice, and evaluate each SOP once it has been put into practice to make sure that execution and compliance is at the highest possible level.
Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
Conducting regular assessments and meeting with team of project milestones and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and facilitate corrective actions when projects are veering off course.
