Responsibilities:

• Manage MES and automation team resource allocation on projects prioritized by the IT Steering Group.
• Ensure software development processes are being followed, such as compliance to key project phase deliverables and IT General Controls.
• Manage project plans (or co-manage with project manager) for major projects.
• Manage deployment of new applications and enhancements across the GO & T organization.
• Manage the team that provides support to deployed systems in the GO & T organization.
• Manage the business analysts that are responsible for gathering requirements and modeling these requirements into the MES system.
• Collaborate with other manufacturing organizations to effectively gather business requirements and execute on those requirements.
• Provide guidance and direction through leadership, mentoring, and career planning support to the IT Manufacturing Systems and Automation team.

Qualification:

• Graduate of bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Engineering or other Engineering related field.
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree is a plus.

Experience:

• At least 12 years of solid professional software development experience
• At least 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience managing a software development team.
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience with exposure on IT engagements with various areas in manufacturing such as Production Operations, Product Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Process Engineering, and IE/Planning.
• Experience in implementing Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies
• Proven track record in managing major multi-man-month projects involving cross-functional teams
• Experience in managing complex projects involving systems integration across different departments in manufacturing.
• ITIL certification is an advantage

Skills:

• Must have project management skills and familiar with different project management concepts and tools.
• Must be knowledgeable on and have hands-on experience on software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, able to motivate internal and external teams.
• Must be knowledgeable on semiconductor back-end processes (Probe, Assembly, Final Test, and Packaging) and engineering tools and methodologies applied to these areas.
• Ability to perform well in a multi-tasking environment.
• Ability to manage tasks, resources and budget in high-visibility and complex Tier-1 and Tier-2 projects.
• Strong understanding of industry standard technical practices and emerging technologies in software development.
