In your new role you will:
- Implement and support in full compliance within area of responsibility
- On time delivery with accuracy.
- Determine and implement improvements to the production process and cycle time.
- Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, human and materials resources.
- Work out/Set and adhere to standard operating procedures for production operations.
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource or equivalent
- Experience in Semiconductor is an added advantage
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Planning and organizing
- Influencing and leading
- Delegation and good communication skills
