Job Description
In your new role you will: Plan,Implement and control production schedule. Determine and implement improvements to the production process and cycle time. Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, human and materials resources Work out/Set and adhere to standard operating procedures for production operations. Ensure implementation and adherence to 5S, health quality control and safety procedures Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement. Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource or equivalent Experience in Semiconductor is an added advantage Critical thinking and problem solving skills Planning and organizing Communication skills Influencing and leading Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
