In your new role you will: Drive for new idea generation / opportunities exploration to fill up NLoP /NLoPG pipeline filling Drive Target Setting process and support TCR process KPI/Productivity projects , gather the potential ideas from various functions and drive for commitment. Responsible as key interface to Business Division PRM and conduct periodical Workshop for NLoP engagement. To initiate and drive new NLoP projects (Decided) and benchmarking , BPI with other segments to obtain ideas for improvement Responsible for OP1 NLoP Technical Review Board (TRB) and continual improvement process for Productivity programs Work with development , engineering, production on LTCR (5 Years) improvement roadmap, active participate on business case construction especially PCM related area. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering and any relevant field. More than 10 years of related semiconductor assembly experience in Engineering / Planning. Experience in work study, plant layout, material standard and headcount modeling . Excellent communications skills , must be self-motivated and a team player. Ability to interface, convey ideas / suggestions and manage conflict constructively. Strong project management and leadership skill s . A high level of computer literacy.
