About the Role: In need of a Senior Manager, Media Solutions who is able to drive expansive growth for pandamart\'s campaign initiatives. To promote pandamart\'s advertising inventory (media solutions) to vendors and stakeholders that look to activate campaigns. To take the initiative in creating and facilitating new media solutions suited in tackling challenges and meeting requirements. To work closely with pandamart\'s campaign, marketing and commercial teams as well as the respective vendors and stakeholders in regards to all aspects of media solutions. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur and will report to the Head of Dmart Responsibilities Responsible for promoting media solutions and campaign packages that include pandamart\'s advertising inventory. This will involve campaign planning and strategy to drive Non Margin Revenue (NMR). Communicate with pandamart\'s commercial team to develop strategic media plans suited for the vendor\'s or stakeholder\'s needs. Directly communicate and negotiate with suppliers to identify their needs and our collaboration opportunities to drive both growth Review on the performance of advertisement impact and improve effectiveness Manage and run any initiatives from the regional team. Day to day activities Work with campaign team to plan and execute supplier advertising plan based on team-generated campaign calendar Work with commercial team to negotiate with supplier Review on performance effectiveness and develop improvement plan Requirements 6 years of experience e-Commerce Agency background or experience in Ad-Sales (preferably digital) required Commercial experience preferred Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and data visualization. Hands on and get things done attitude: be ready to manage constantly developing requirements. Strong communication skills. Able to commit to deliverables based on agreed deadlines. Comfortable working in multicultural, fast-paced environments. Excellent organizational skills and attention to details. Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
