  • Develop and lead the implementation of the annual sales plan for the Modern Trade channel.
  • Manage and ensure costs and revenue are aligned to the A&P.
  • Work closely with the key account managers to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Lead sales strategies to drive growth within assigned channel.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or similar.
  • Minimum of 6 - 8 years of sales experience within consumer healthcare or similar (experience handling Modern Trade / Pharmacy is advantageous).
  • Fluent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Passion for sales with proven track record and strong sense of business acumen.
