Job Description

This position is responsible in day to day trucking operations and activities effectively to ensure delivery of service.

• Trucking planning accordance to approved vendor list and coordinatio of trucking activities.
• Acceptance of truck order and execute with vendors.
• Ensure on time pick-up delivery on all bookings.
• Proactive follow-up on each movement and raise escalation to internal and external customer on any incident.
• To submit daily/weekly/monthly report on time to customer.
• Ensure update in CTSI system and check status.
• Maintain Operations Standard as per set KPI.
• Coordinate day to day operation activities meet inter-department and customer's trucking requirements.

Requirements

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business Management related to Transport/Logistics. Minimum 5 years of working experiences in the industry.
• Ability to work independently and in a high pressure, multi-personality, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Knowledge of business processes such as profit and loss, profit margins, accounting, and other related principles
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good planning and organizational skills. Must be able to think diligently and probe the right questions to derive correct information.
• Good analytical skills and able to think out of the box to assist with solutions.
• Good communication skills, competent in English and Bahasa Malaysia written and spoken.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
• Strong motivational skills, able to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
• Knowledge of MS Office Software and Power Automation
