• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• 5+ years of experience in business banking or a related field
• Proven ability in team management and leadership
• Experience in hiring and building a strong team to fulfill headcount needs
• A strong sales track record with exceptional client relationship skills
• Required to visit client sites (must have own transport)
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Highly responsible, well-disciplined, and responsive
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Solid understanding of SME banking products, services, and business strategies
• Analytical mindset to assess business performance and implement improvements

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional service
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the SME banking portfolio
• Build and maintain relationships with SME clients to understand their needs and provide tailored banking solutions
• Drive team sales performance while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members for professional growth
• Monitor and report on business performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
