Job SummaryAs a Senior Manager, PR & Client Services, you will be responsible for leading and managing strategic client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of communication programs that align with their business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in building strong client partnerships, providing strategic counsel, and overseeing project execution.Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client contacts.
  • Proactively identify client needs and opportunities, providing strategic counsel and innovative solutions.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex communication projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to collaborate effectively and achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of communication professionals.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute innovative communication campaigns that drive results.
  • Financial Management:
  • Manage project budgets and ensure profitability.
  • Monitor and track project expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Business Development:
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting to potential clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in public relations in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex communication projects and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
