Senior Manager - Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

to lead and oversee our commercial vehicle pre-delivery operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that every

vehicle leaving our PDI facility meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all vehicle collection, delivery, and PDI activities. Ensure stock condition, periodic servicing, maintenance, and rectification are carried out effectively. Lead vehicle inspection, quality control, and campaign rectification programs. Coordinate with the Marketing Department on delivery schedules and customization requirements. Supervise and develop a PDI team of approximately 20 employees (technical, admin, and drivers). Manage overall stockyard operations, including documentation compliance and safety practices. Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and quality performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

10 years of experience

in the automotive industry, preferably in PDI, vehicle assembly, or operations management. Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, delivery, and stockyard management. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
