In your new role you will:

• Regional and cross-divisional structuring and coordination of the respective Procurement Categories.
• Execute dedicated negotiation on commercial and contractually conditions as well as other tactical procurement activities for significant site projects.
• Maintain and structure the negotiation pipeline for the region, and drive application of advanced procurement tools such as ICoC, and MiNE and Monetized TCO.
• Ensure and optimum balance of cost / functionality for the services to be procured, starting from an early involvement at the the initial demand request. Identify synergies and opportunities to deliver savings and improvements across the regional sites.
• Contribute to and support execution of the Procurement Strategy for Global Logistics at Infineon, especially in the area of Contract Logistics und Transportation Management for the South-East Asia Region.
• Account Management of Key Suppliers in the region: Conduct regular supplier evaluation, manage escalation and operational topics, organize/support regular Business Reviews.
• Closely collaborate with and support global category managers in preparation and execution of the Category Strategy.
• Manage deployment of KPI Reports and Procurement Analytics for controlling of the Procurement contribution.
• Additionally, ensure close strategic collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers. Guide, advise and collaborate with Local and Regional Buyers.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• A minimum of 5-8 years relevant working experience in sourcing and procurement, including strong experience in commercial and contractual negotiations.
• A passion for procurement topics
• Possess a strong strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and define improvement measures
• Possess a good understanding of the full procurement process, incl, operational procurement, supplier management, and strategic procurement.
• Are a reliable team player with excellent communication and analytical skills
• Possess very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Are fluently communicating in English
