: Strategize and lead produced water management, fresh water withdrawal and effluent management business opportunities proposals by identifying options and conduct techno-commercial evaluation to improve processing facilities efficiency towards value driven organization. Lead and drive industrial lesson learnt on produced water management, fresh water withdrawal and effluent management through sharing of best practices and proposing solution replication to assets towards gaining stakeholders\' confidence and interest. Inter-businesses and cross-industries collaboration of produced water management, fresh water withdrawal and effluent management solutions in an agile mode for continuous work processes improvement for rapid development and validation of customer pain points. Recommend changes in produced water, fresh water and effluent related policy and standards by streamlining corporate policies and business strategies and applications of circular economy solutions. Establish collaboration, strategic alliance and opportunity creation in the area of research and development of resources circularity by identifying fit-for-purpose solutions and for enterprise value creation improving PETRONAS sustainability lenses. Qualification: Degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering Requirement: Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in sustainability related activity and/or green products and business development. Possess strategic and analytical skills, as the main task is to integrate circular economy approach into business\' strategies. Possess analytical skills to perform infrastructure modification promoting sustainable industrialization as the main task is to institutionalize resources circularity capability, perform continuous improvement to existing work processes and introduce innovative solutions.
