Set-up & oversee PLP team covering Planning, Tracking, Reporting &Logistic Process
Close collaboration with UPE, SO, QM and IE to focus on delivery stability, fast Lot On hold disposition to ensure we meet delivery KPIs
Close collaboration with 3 segments/ 2 sites. Ensure effective and efficient WIP Flow management within Segments (PLA/PLT/TS)
Keep track on weekly execution targets and ensure monthly FRFC cost target is met
Drive productivity project and standardizing practices within Segment
Motivate & inculcate High Performance behaviour among planners at work
Be a Role Model and serve as a liaison between staff & partners to gain Trust & Respect from others
Harmonize & standardize PC Planning Tool & Systematic
Partner and align with DIVs/Operations an executional commitment to match the next 26 wks demand scenario with the aligned priority
Drives the sites/segments for optimized performance of all resources (invest, material, headcount) to achieve overall cluster productivity targets in alignment with the Business Divisions. Supports the Cluster Boards on strategic topics (bluebook, site strategy, TCR)
Manages manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging. Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality
Plans and prepares manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows to establish sequence and lead time of each production operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders
Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions; includes estimating
Analyzes plant capacity and production requisition data to determine manufacturing processes and required resources; prepares production reports
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor Degree in Business/ Business Administration/ Economics or related discipline
Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry, in particular
experience in operations planning and/or industrial engineering and in management role * In depth knowledge in supply chain management, backend production processes,
demand fulfillment approach, headcount and capacity modelling * In depth analytical & problem solving skills and ability to anticipate issues & challenges to develop actions and proposals to resolve complex topics
Ability to lead a team of multiple levels of managers and planners to meet the
organization\'s expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment * Ability to coach & mentor a team of multiple levels of managers and planners to groom
