In this job you will:

Define and refine project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Estimate resources and build high-performing project teams. Identify key activities, quality measures, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure alignment on scope, planning, and budget across stakeholders. Monitor and optimize project performance for continuous improvement. Communicate progress and insights clearly to stakeholders. Facilitate knowledge sharing and team development. Build strong customer partnerships, including contract discussions when needed

About the ideal candidate:

Proven experience leading complex projects in dynamic environments. Ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing priorities. Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage diverse teams. Comfortable working independently while fostering team success. Experience contributing to resource allocation and policy planning. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
