Job Description

Project Management Office for BE DEV RDE function. Manage tools & methods required to execute business processes in the global BE R&D organization. Development, deployment and first & second level support of business/IT tools for the related business processes, regular reports (BE DEV KPI), etc., consultancy & training.

In your new role you will:

• Responsible for making timely & accurate recommendation/ decisions regarding overall DEV PLAIS & MAL strategic direction & key focus areas
• Actively support and participate in global BE R&D project office activities e.g. forum, workshop preparation
• Focus and understand data trend.
• Provide consultation/advice and improvements based on trend from data.
• Prioritize Project Office activities with the right resources and make effective decisions in supporting DEV PLAIS & MAL strategic direction using high quality data, right analytical techniques & quality reporting.
• Lead a small size PMO with > 4 team members with scope to support local BL projects.
• Lead, motivate & manage Project Office section within the agreed framework, budgets & organization guidelines, with the objectives of ensuring good people engagement and overall ambitious KPI targets are met.
• Support IFMY CTO in strategic preparation & deployment within MAL R&D and DEV MAL, in organization transformation and R&D excellence.
• Inspire & develop Project Office team with right competencies to ensure highest effectiveness & efficiencies, include leveraging leading-edge digitalization solutions.
• Actively search for improvement/collaboration opportunities through good practice implementation from other departments or locations for improvement/enhancement of package development report/management indicators, process etc.
• Defines, provides and enforce adequate use organization-specific templates and forms considering compliance to standards.
• Defines and maintains BL specific PJM tooling. e.g. Klusa, PLM, Tableau.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Masters/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in business studies, IT or applied computer science.
• Minimum 5 -years working experience in manufacturing industry or IT industry.
• Experience with SAP system, MS-Office (excel, power point).
