The role is responsible for leading the company's commercial strategy and growth within the
Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channel
. This role requires strong
strategic leadership, account management, and cross-functional collaboration
to drive sustainable growth with key QSR partners. The Senior Manager will coach a high performing team, develop joint business plans, manage contract negotiations, and work closely with marketing, supply chain, and R&D to deliver innovative solutions tailored to QSR customers.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Channel Development
Lead and coach the QSR sales team to deliver high performance and capability development.
Develop and execute the
QSR channel strategy
in line with business objectives.
Build strong partnerships with leading QSR customers, acting as the primary business contact.
Identify and pursue new opportunities within the QSR space, driving category expansion.
Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and consumer insights to sharpen channel strategies.
Account & Business Management
Lead
joint business planning (JBP)
with key QSR customers.
Negotiate long-term contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional deals.
Ensure strong execution of customer programs, activations, and product launches.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share within the QSR channel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing to develop
QSR-specific campaigns and promotions
.
Work with R&D and Technical teams to develop customized product solutions for QSR needs.
Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasting, service reliability, and operational efficiency.
Financial & Performance Management
Manage trade spend and promotional investments effectively, ensuring ROI.
Deliver on sales, revenue, and profitability targets for the QSR channel.
Provide regular updates, insights, and reports to senior leadership.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
Experience
10+ years of commercial/sales experience in FMCG or food industry, with at least 5 years in managing QSR customers. Regional experience preferred.
Proven success in leading
QSR key accounts
(local and international brands).
Experience in leading and developing teams.
Skills
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and influencing skills.
Excellent commercial acumen with ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
